Do you travel for portrait sessions?

Absolutely! Family sessions are always more valuable when you get to experience them in a location that means something to you!

How do I schedule a portrait session?

No matter if you are wanting to schedule senior pictures or family portraits you can contact me through my contact page.

How many people can I have at a family session?

Family sessions can span from immediate family to your entire clan, just let us know in the contact form how many people you have in your party and I can plan accordingly.

Do you offer video for family sessions?

Yes, I love to take video during family portraits. The videos average 3 minutes long and will be delivered within 4 weeks of your session.

How long do portrait sessions usually take?

Whether its newborn photos, senior portraits, or family photography each session takes between 1-2 hours depending on the number of people in your party, weather and location. I do not limit the time so that the group can feel comfortable and confident during their session.

How do we keep the kids involved to get the best pictures?

Kids grow fast and capturing them at each stage is important. I make it a priority to keep the kids entertained and involved, giving them challenges and jobs to do (while making a fool of myself) to get the best reactions we can.

Do you offer newborn sessions?

Yes! My style is more focused on your lifestyle so newborn images will be likely in your home capturing your little one as well as capturing the overall feeling of the first weeks of their life.

When is the right time of day for senior pictures

Senior photos should be scheduled in the summer or fall just as (or before) senior year has started.

What is the best time of day for family pictures with kids?

When scheduling your family portraits we will choose from first thing in the morning to a couple hours before bed time. The light will be the most forgiving and its usually the best time of day for your kids to be well rested and up for an adventure. I also like to pick a location that has multiple visual options just in case we need a change of scenery.
